Kelsey: This is a record of my change of lifestyle and commitment to competing in the INBA figure sculpting competition. I'm writing this as a record of challenges and successes and reflections on this lifestyle. I intend for my posts to be real and provide people with a genuine insight of what it takes. I promise to be 100% honest as this record is soley for my own benefit however I hope others find it useful for their own lives in order to become the person they want to be and obtain success in their own right.
